Silke Bobbert
Founder of the project "The Future of Work is Being Built" Entrepreneur Silke Bobbert is convinced that our work can be far more than just fulfilling a duty; it is an opportunity to create real change. She impressively demonstrates what this vision looks like in practice with "Project Oaxaca." Together with a team of 20 women and 20 men, she is building houses for families in Mexico. For Silke, this endeavor is much more than just a construction project: it is co-creation in action, where people develop their potential and create something lasting together. Through collective commitment, true passion, and active collaboration, tangible help is created on-site that sustainably changes the lives of these families.
Felix & Junior
Founder of Inner Circle Network Have you ever noticed that the biggest changes in your life only happened when you met that one specific person? We need each other more than we sometimes care to admit. And that is exactly the vision. Felix and Junior bring together entrepreneurs from all over Germany who want to grow, take responsibility, and create real impact. The "Circle for Change" project is the expression of what needs to change in this world. Circle for Change is dedicated to humanitarian aid worldwide and supports people in need, including regions such as Palestine, Mali, Syria, and Indonesia. With concrete projects like well construction in Cameroon and the provision of food, water, and clothing, we create sustainable support where it is truly needed.
Lenka Trapp
Founder of Mainzer Kleiderschrank The Mainz charity secondhand shop "Kleiderschrank" (Wardrobe) combines sustainability with deep social commitment. The team not only offers affordable fashion but also specifically donates profits and clothing to local senior citizen projects. A project very close to their hearts is their self-organized senior fashion show, which premiered in March. With the help of volunteers and music from the 50s to the 70s, lovingly curated secondhand fashion was presented. Probably the most emotional moment: a dance in a vintage wedding dress, while its original owner sat in the audience, deeply moved. A beautiful project that connects generations.
Frank Voigt
Volunteer President of the COREVOLVIUM Institute Rethinking health: After experiencing burnout and a heart attack, Frank is putting an end to "burning out" people in unhealthy systems. He represents the COREVOLVIUM Institute, a non-profit association. With the flagship project "Trinity of Health," COREVOLVIUM strengthens a vital cycle: healthy individuals create healthy organizations, which in turn form the foundation for a healthier society. Specifically, the association implements projects that make people and organizations healthier while simultaneously contributing to social initiatives. Learn more here: https://corevolvium-institute.org We will use the €2,500 grant to significantly increase the reach of our non-profit mission within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
João Heep
Founder of Worldschool & Changelis For João, it's all about building an international project-based school that accompanies children, teenagers, and young adults from their first school year to university graduation. Through project-oriented learning, it enables them to develop their talents and create real-world solutions.

Mareen & Danine
Managing Directors of Verbund Perspektive They are social workers and spent 18 years working at the Youth Welfare Office. Together, they use Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to raise awareness about this profession and show the complex environment they worked in. They want to reduce fears and provide insights into processes that no one else dares to talk about. In addition to their social media presence, they founded a company that strengthens the digital visibility of the social sector, ensuring their field of work gains more recognition and encouraging more people to choose this career path again.
Borneo Orangutan Survival Deutschland
e.V.

Although orangutans share nearly 97 percent of our DNA, they are mercilessly losing their habitat to deforestation for palm oil and paper. The organization BOS is fighting back by rescuing orphaned and hunted animals and preparing them for an independent life in the wild. More than 550 orangutans have already been given a second life in the rainforest through their efforts. With its work, the organization not only saves a species but also protects our global climate through reforestation.

Paul Flynn
Founder of the GRO Foundation He fights poverty not with donations, but through the trade of carbon credits. Between planting trees in the mud and strategy meetings with major corporations, Paul brings humanity and impact together. For his commitment, he was knighted – yet he remains simply and genuinely kind to strangers. With his goal of making the world a little better, he speaks with governments and boards of global players worldwide, moving in the spaces where our future is being shaped.
